Lenovo bought IBM

Chinese corporation Lenovo formally bought division PC of American IBM corp. Lenovo paid for IBM 1,25 billion of USD and 18.9 percent of their own stock, and they are supposed now to be world third producer of PCs (after HP and Dell)
