Samsung introduced 50 nm NAND flash

New flash memories were introduced by Samsung. They are manufactured by 50 nm process, are multi level cell architecture (which should provide faster reading/writing) and their size is 16 gbit (2 GB). Those new flash memories are being expected to be used in solid state drives used in mobile devices. Mass manufacture should start within this quartal.
