Transcend company announced unbuffered Long-DIMM DDR2-667 MHz memory modules. They bid in dual channel mode throughput up to 10,6 GB/s and require 1,8 V power support. They exist in 512 and 1024 Mbytes size. And GEIL corporation announced that they have 400mhz memory with latency 1.5, but more info is unavailable.
