Ibm have technology allowing to create chips by 29,9 mn.

Its almost incredible, but researchers in IBM labs discovered how to make chips by process 29.9 nm, its one third of current 90nm. Nice, that means 9 times more transistors can be printed on same place. It is also already less that was thought to be maximal (minimal) possibility of optical litography, way how are currently made all chips. IBM leads research to discover where really ends possibilities of that (many years old) technology of manufacturing, before all manufacturers will have to start using another, modern but also much expensive methods. It is being supposed, that this technology will be used at least 7 more years, so probably prices of chips wont rise in that time.
