Hynix AND Sandisk together

Those two big memory manufacturers signed agreement, that they will start new company (of course developing and manufacturing memories) together, they will share their patents, will be friends forever etc. Also Hynix together with Toshiba announced, that they are stopped their conflict about rights connecter to DRAM and NAND flash. They will now share technologies, Hynix will pay something to Toshiba, and Toshiba will buy some parts from Hynix. All that dont sounds good, remember how vent memory prices up, after Taiwan earthquake? Fear that dominnacy on market (which can those make together) will lead only to higher prices.
