That is name of new company, founded together by Gigabyte and Asustek. It should manufacture motherboards and graphic cards, and will be independent on both m¨founders. By Gigabyte it was necessary step to secure their position on market, and it also conteracted Foxxconn activity of taking control over Gigabyte. G owns 51% of stock of taht new company, which gives them control in it.
